This is a course designed to support HE educators with using Gen AI in their practice. The course will address fundamental concepts, practical applications, and ethical implications. 

The goal of this course is to provide meaningful aid and practical guidance for young people who are beginning their journey toward Christ. It is designed especially for those who feel unsure about where to start, who may find the Bible overwhelming, or who simply need direction as they take their first steps in faith. Through clear teaching, supportive resources, and a welcoming approach, this course aims to help them grow in understanding, confidence, and connection with God.

This is a 3 hour long henna course which will teach you the history behind henna and also teach you the basics of how to apply henna. You will also be able to learn and discover different cultural backgrounds and their way of applying henna. This course will also have an assessment at the end to show understanding of your knowledge followed by a certificate once completed. 

This micro-course aims to introduce PGCE students who plan to work with the primary and 
Early Years sectors, to the UK SEND Code of Practice (2015), the purpose and implementation 
of IEPs and EHCPs, and practical strategies for designing inclusive and accessible learning 
environments. It provides a toolkit for trainee teachers with foundational knowledge and 
reflective skills to begin embedding inclusive practices in their classrooms.

Hello! My name is Scarlett Wise and I am the course leader for The Art of Tea.
 

About me:

I have designed this course for those with a passion for tea and its complex history around the world. I have been interested in tea since I was young, exploring different blends and variants from around the world, which has introduced me to a plethora of different cultures, languages, and people.

What will this course contain?

This course will explore three different teas from around the world, bagged tea, loose leaf tea, and spiced tea. You will study:

    • The origins and history behind tea
    • How tea is produced and processed
    • Cultural practices surrounding tea
    • How different teas are brewed
    • Ethical and accessibility issues related to tea

This course is perfect for those wanting to gain more knowledge about tea in a culturally enriching way, introducing cultural practices that can be valuable when working in a profession environment.

How long is this course?

This course will be comprised of three modules, each spanning over an hour, where you will focus on one tea at a time to understand each one as much as possible. Each completed module will give you a badge, with the final assessment providing you with a signed certificate of completion.

This short course introduces students to inclusive digital learning principles and provides opportunities to apply theoretical and practical knowledge to design an accessible learning resource.


Learners engage in critical reflection, collaborative exploration, and hands-on design tasks aligned with the three assessment domains (Conceptual, Contextual, Action).
